Congratulations on a splendid evening at CN Business Awards. It really made me proud to be part of the terrific community that is Cumbria. Great speakers and a smooth event…fabulous food and lovely chocolate.

It was a very well organised and enjoyable evening.I can only imagine how much hard work it took to organise the event. Well done to your team for carrying it off so well.

Thank you for inviting me to the CN Business Awards, it was a fantastic
night and I had three client wins! Tremendous to see entries up 40% on last year. Great job well done and the personalised papers were impressive.

During 2012 Cumbria Tourism commissioned the CN Events to manage the Taste Cumbria Food and Drink Festival in Cockermouth and the Taste Cumbria Food Village at the Olympic Torch Relay event in Bowness. Both events were a great success despite some challenging weather conditions – the team worked tirelessly to make sure that the events passed off safely and both producers and visitors went away happy. As a result the Taste Cumbria Festival has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Event of the Year’ in this year’s Cumbria Tourism Awards

Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Event in the City Centre
Monday 4 June 2012
Thanks to CN Events for their professionalism, planning and innovative event management in delivering our Queen’s Diamond Jubilee event in 2012.
From the site layout, to the miles of bunting, selection of relevant bars, refreshment & food outlets and entertainment complementing the event (traditional and local ice cream, Fish & Chips, a Jubilee Bar to name a few) it was a very well executed and received event.
An inspired choice of Royal Guided Tours and High Tea with the High Sheriff were amongst the highlights as was securing the BIG screen to broadcast the concert from Buckingham Palace in the evening.
All in all, they produced an event ‘fit for a Queen’
